The POW Martial Arts website will be undergoing an upgrade and maintenance between 12:00am Monday 1 April and 11:59pm Friday 5 April 2019.

During this time the site will be intermittently changing for testing purposes. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated.

Classes run during the school term, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in Mudgeeraba State School (hall or canteen area), from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

Classes do not run on school holidays or public holidays.
